In 2006 the EMRS DTC and SEAS DTC (www.seasdtc.com) will be collaborating to run a joint Technical Conference. This will result in a greatly increased breadth of technical scope and the consequent increase in delegate numbers - and the highly topical nature of the combined subject areas - will make this event a very attractive proposition for exhibitors. The DTCs have therefore arranged for access to the entire EICC conference centre on an exclusive use basis.
The EICC offers a wealth of possibilities to run exhibitions, product demonstrations, seminars and workshops. These are summarised in the Open Letter to potential exhibitors.
For those readers who are unfamiliar with the layout of the EICC, please see the orientation guide.
To summarise the following opportunities are available:
Exhibition: Cromdale Hall
The Cromdale Hall will be available to host the Conference Exhibition. The Cromdale is on Level -2 in the conference centre and consists of 1,185m2 of exhibition space.
The exhibition will suit small, lightweight, free standing exhibition stands such as pop-up displays / walls. Capacity exists for approximately 40 exhibitors.

All catering at the conference for morning & afternoon breaks, lunches and the evening reception will take place in the Cromdale Hall - ensuring that exhibitors see a good foot fall passed their stands.

Product Demonstrations, Seminars / Workshops: Galloway Suite Rooms
The Galloway Suite will be available to host Product Demonstrations, Seminars and Workshops. The Galloway Suite is on Level +1 of the conference centre and consists of three rooms - Carrick, Harris and Ochil - which each have a capacity of approximately 100 people when set out theatre style, 50 classroom style, or 36 boardroom style. Each of these rooms can be further sub-divided if required.
Space is available in these rooms on a per 90 minute session (pre-lunch and post lunch) on Day 1 and Day 2 of the Conference. The rate of £1,000 + VAT will be applied.

Sponsorship Opportunities
The EMRS DTC has greatly appreciated the support of Scottish Enterprise in supporting the Annual EMRS DTC Technical Conference and the aim if for this important relationship to continue.
