 The
Conference was organised into three parallel sessions
over the two days, reflecting the current structure
of the EMRS DTC Research Programme, which has four themes
of RF Systems, Electro-Optic (EO) Systems, Transduction
Devices and Materials (TDM), and Transducer Embedded
Processing (TEP).
RF Systems and EO Systems each had
a separate conference session, with the TDM and TEP
Research Themes sharing the third conference session.
Delegates were free to move between
conference sessions, choosing projects from the programme
that most interest them.
The presenters ranged from new PhD
students still getting to grips with new subject areas,
to world leaders in their field.
